Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in the original Fiorucci packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and attached.
Attach the Label
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it to the outside of your parcel, covering any previous delivery information.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to the designated courier and retain your proof of postage until your refund has been processed by our team.
